Job Requirements
- The position of Registered Nurse (RN) requires a current and active RN license in the practicing state, with a degree in nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program. Candidates must possess certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and, where applicable, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) are essential. The role demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities, as well as a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles. Flexibility for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift patients or equipment, is also necessary.
