Vice President of Client Development – Healthcare Staffing
H2 Staffing is seeking a seasoned healthcare staffing executive to join our leadership team as Vice President of Client Development. This is a senior, relationship-driven role for an industry veteran who brings deep connections, credibility, and a proven book of business within healthcare systems.
This position sits at the tip of the spear for our growth strategy and will lead client development across hospitals, healthcare systems, medical centers, and ambulatory surgery centers nationwide.

What You’ll Do

Lead enterprise-level client development and strategic partnerships

Leverage existing relationships with hospitals, ASCs, and healthcare facilities

Bring and grow a personal book of business

Drive revenue across PRN, permanent placement, locum tenens, and flexible staffing models

Navigate MSP/VMS environments and complex healthcare systems

Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare leadership teams

Collaborate with recruiting and operations to ensure delivery excellence

Who We’re Looking For

10+ years in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions

Established relationships with hospitals, health systems, and/or ASCs
-
Proven success building and managing client portfolios

Strong understanding of PRN, locum tenens, and permanent placement models
-
Executive presence and comfort engaging C-suite and administrator-level leaders
